Plaintiffs Wang and Lin are a married couple, both over 80 years old. They are elderly, in poor health, lack the ability to work, have no other sources of income, and require support from their children. The plaintiffs have three adult children: Wang1, Wang2, and Wang3. All three children have stable incomes and the financial capacity to provide support, yet they have failed to fulfill their obligation to support their parents. They have not paid any alimony or provided daily care for the plaintiffs. Despite multiple requests by the plaintiffs for their children to fulfill their duties, all were refused. Consequently, the plaintiffs filed this lawsuit requesting that each child pay 2000 yuan per month as alimony and jointly cover the plaintiffs' medical expenses.

The court orders defendants Wang 1, Wang 2, and Wang 3 to each pay the plaintiffs Wang and Lin a monthly support allowance of 2000 yuan, effective from the date this judgment takes effect. Medical expenses incurred by plaintiffs Wang and Lin shall be borne equally by defendants Wang 1, Wang 2, and Wang 3 upon presentation of official receipts. All litigation costs for this case shall be borne by the three defendants.
